Stewart Coffin’s Butterfly puzzle is a 6 piece sliding block puzzle.
The starting position shows a Monarch butterfly assembled using 3 pieces together and the 3 pieces that make up the Swallowtail butterfly are mixed up in different positions in the tray. The objective is to move and rearrange the pieces (no rotations) to form an assembled Swallowtail butterfly.
